*If you see a kitten you like, please contact us. We are happy to answer questions and we can even facetime, if you would like to meet the kitten. We can be reached through the contact form at the bottom of this page, or through text or call at (301)606-1196. If you decide you would like to reserve a kitten, a deposit of$250 must be placed to hold that kitten for you. We accept Venmo or Zelle for deposit. (If you have neither of those, other options can be discussed.) The balance is due at pick-up in cash, please. Deposits are non-refundable as they are a promise to purchase the kitten that we have held back just for you. When a kitten is reserved for a family, all other potential families are turned away, and that time of the of the kitten growing toward being able to go home is lost in finding his forever family when somebody backs out. We do offer a multi-kitten discount if you would like to add more than one kitten to your family. Adding 2 kittens provides an extra lifetime play-fellow for one kitten and makes adjusting to a new home that much easier.

Tessie has three beautiful, sweet little girls that were born on 10/09/2025.
Chocolate and white girl is available for adoption. She is a sweet, curious affectionate girl, as can be seen in her big, beautiful eyes.
She is available for $950.
This sweet little blue and white girl has been sold.
This little female kitten is lilac and white.
She is curious and is the talker of the group...she will meow to let you know when she wants to talk to you.

Retiring Cats
Below are a few of our adult cats that are looking for homes. We are downsizing our cattery and these sweet cats will go to their new home neutered and up to date on shots. They will go to their new homes with their vet paperwerwork and a bag of catfood to help with the transition. All of our adult cats are very loving and will make excellent pets.
Tessie is a sweet calico girl that is two years old. She is very affectionate and sweet and will make a wonderful pet for the happy family that adopts her. She has soft hair that is eaier to manage than many Persians and her coloring is beautiful!
She is reserved.
Meet Sunny! Sunny is a red tabby and white male that we were hoping to use in our breeding program; but because we are seeing the need to cut back on the number of cats we have and he is related to most of the girls we are keeping, we are going to get him neutered and let him be adopted into a home as a pet. He will be 1 year old in January, and a person would have a hard time finding a sweeter, happier, friendlier boy. He gets along with everybody and loves humans as much as he does all other cats he meets.
The adoption fee for Sunny is $500.
Selah is a sweet lilac and white Persian. She is very affectionate and likes to follow me around all day, watching me in whatever I am doing. She loves people and is very friendly. She will be able to go to a home as a pet, or she could possibly go to another small cattery, under the right conditions. She gets along well with all of the other cats and has a very pleasant, peaceful personality. She has had a couple of litters of kittens so is experienced and a very good mom. She is 2 years old.
Her adoption fee is dependent on on the situation.
As a pet, her adoption fee will be $450, and she will be spayed before she goes to her new home.
As a breeder, her adoption fee will be $1000.
